CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Sevenstar Consulting will facilitate the execution of organizational strategy through managing company-wide efforts to adapt.  The consulting engagement will include:
  • Develop a change management strategy addressing the groups impacted by the change, the resources availability and an assessment of the capability to change.
  • Perform analysis of why previous change programs have failed or struggled and provide guidance for how to get back on track.
  • Assess the readiness to change and develop a plan to overcome resistance and mitigate the people-side risks.
  • Develop communication plan, sponsor road map, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan and work with communication, training, HR and project teams to develop support program implementation

Work with individuals to enhance their performance and ability at influencing organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide individual coaching on an ongoing basis or for a brief interval.
  • Assessing the leadership pipeline and identify high-potential talent to establish a viable succession plan.
